Hi! I'm Kameo Eger


I’m the proud owner and lead instructor at Pilates St. Vital. I’ve been studying and teaching Pilates for over 17 years—and I’m still absolutely OBSESSED with it.


As a true anatomy nerd, nothing excites me more than finding creative, effective ways to make Pilates accessible, empowering and FUN for every body.


Pilates St. Vital is the realization of my lifelong dream: to bring Winnipeg a highly skilled, warm, inclusive, woman-owned, independent Canadian Pilates studio. 


It’s more than just a space—it’s a community built on support, empowerment, and the joy of movement.

How It Works:

When you book a private introductory session with one of our instructors, we’ll meet at the studio and talk so we can get a sense of what you'd like to achieve and how we can work together to get you in your best body ever

We’ll explain the classes we offer and the options we have for working together.   You can ask any questions you have and see what would be the best fit for your life and schedule.

There are NO CONTRACTS and NO ENROLMENT FEES. You decide how you want to proceed. There’s no pressure of any kind, simply an opportunity to see if we're a good fit to work together.
